PROTECTION AGAINST COVID-19

Its vital to us that we have all the procedures in place to support the health & wellbeing of our staff and delivery couriers across the entire journey of your order. We are following all official guidelines from the UK government and Public Health England to avoid the spread of COVID-19 including:

• Providing hand sanitiser and ensuring frequent and proper hand washing
• Cleaning high contact points more frequently
• Compulsory minimum 2 metre distances between staff at all times
• Limited use of all confined/shared spaces; i.e break rooms, canteens, smoking areas, etc

OUR BIT :

Our packing staff team leaders are trained to NCASS Level 3 in health and safety and take extra care to make sure your products are packaged as carefully as possible.

With regards to the receipt of all packaging please follow government guidelines.

YOUR BIT :

Upon receiving your goods please sanitize the box (label outside the box)

Sanitize all internal packages before refrigerating. Please discard the external packaging and then wash your hands.
