Delicious cured salami Napoli with tangy Barrel & Stone tomato sauce and Fior di Latte mozzarella.

WHAT'S IN THE BOX

• 1 x Pack 12” pizza bases (4 bases)
• 1 x Barrel & Stone tomato sauce (480g)
• 1 x Bag Fior di Latte mozzarella (500g)
• 1 x Packet sliced salami Napoli (250g)

Minimum of 7 days shelf life unopened if refrigerated. 3 days once opened. All products can be frozen.

DUE TO HIGH DEMAND & CURRENT COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 48HRS FOR DELIVERY

1. Preheat oven for 10 mins. 240c gas mark 9
2. Lay a pizza base onto a bread or cutting board.
3. Spoon on approx 6 table spoons of Barrel & Stone tomato. (120g per pizza) and spread until layered across the pizza base.
4. Evenly distribute a hand full of the Fior di Latte mozzarella evenly on top of the sauce (approx. 125g).
5. Add toppings, for example if using the Salami Napoli place 6 slices on top of the mozzarella.
6. Slide Pizza onto the middle oven shelf and place a square of tin foil on the bottom of your oven to catch any delicious melting cheese.
7. Cook for 10 - 12 mins. (as ovens differ check after 7 mins) Pizza is cooked when the crust is slightly browned.
8. Slide pizza onto board and cut.
9. Open beer and eat pizza.
